Renovation of a high-rise office building (1972 heritage), Paris (Front de Seine), France
A flagship building on Paris’s Seine riverfront, the iconic Mirabeau Tower stands out for its tripod shape and prismatic façade, designed by Pierre-Paul Heckly and Noël Le Maresquier in 1972. Half a century after its construction, bringing the building up to current standards is an opportunity to improve its comfort and energy performance, and reconnect it with its neighbourhood.
